Alison Shanks

Today, Alison Shanks visited us at school. She told us that she had to watch the 50 second countdown. The reason for that was because it made her nervous. She showed us her dazzling dark black bike and she showed us that her bike was as light as a feather. The wheels of her cycling bike were all covered in so that she could ride faster. She also showed us the correct position when you ride a cycling bike. She showed us her cycling uniform. It was black with a white fern and about her helmet, she said, ''The smoother the helmet, the faster you glide.'' 
She got Jacinta to wear both then she chose volunteers to fold the flag. She told us that they the key to success is not by just training your body but your mind as well. She also told us that 30% of people achieve their personal best.
